Latvia: tunnel found under Belarus border, 28 migrants detained

Latvian border guards discovered another tunnel dug beneath the border with Belarus. During a field operation, authorities detained 28 people attempting to illegally enter the country. This is the second recorded instance of migrants using a tunnel to cross this border.
