Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum receives 3 hectares of land for new entrance

Under an agreement signed by the Małopolska governor, the Auschwitz Museum in Oświęcim received over 3 hectares of land adjacent to the former German Nazi concentration camp Birkenau. The museum plans to use the grounds to create a new entrance to the historic site.
