Solana cuts slot time to 350ms, targets 200ms

Solana has reduced its blockchain slot time for the first time since its genesis, bringing it down to 350 milliseconds. The network is working toward a 200-millisecond target to further cut latency. The change is aimed at improving transaction speed and overall network performance.
