Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey has become the highest-grossing R-rated film of all time with $1.35bn at the global box office, according to figures from The Numbers. It overtook Deadpool & Wolverine, which earned $1.34bn following its 2024 release. The milestone adds another box-office record to Nolan's career.
