Use your leftover holiday by September 30 or your employer decides for you
Employees in Poland have until September 30 to use any outstanding annual leave carried over from the previous year, as required by the Labour Code. If a worker fails to take the leave by that deadline, the employer is entitled to schedule it unilaterally. Workers are urged to plan their remaining holidays before the deadline passes.
