Unprecedented disciplinary case against neo-judge for issuing invalid ruling

Poland's disciplinary ombudsman has filed charges against a Warsaw neo-judge who issued a ruling despite being barred due to his flawed legal status; the Supreme Court subsequently overturned that ruling. It is the first such case of its kind. Separately, disciplinary proceedings were also opened against 14 neo-judges who signed letters of support for the neo-KRS body.
