Labour Inspectorate gives employers a self-check tool to assess employment contracts

Poland's Chief Labour Inspector has prepared a self-assessment questionnaire to help employers determine whether their working arrangements constitute an employment relationship. Experts welcome the tool as useful but suggest several improvements. The initiative is aimed at combating bogus self-employment and undeclared work.
