Eight killed in charter plane crash near radar base in Alaska

Eight people were killed when a charter aircraft crashed near the Cape Newenham military radar installation in western Alaska. The plane had departed from Anchorage airport. The US military's local command announced the accident on Friday. The cause of the crash has not yet been disclosed.
