Over 500 rugby players' brain injury lawsuits can proceed, high court rules

London's High Court ruled that lawsuits from more than 500 former rugby union and league players over neurological injuries can proceed. Governing bodies including World Rugby and the Rugby Football Union had sought to end the cases, citing their lawyers' repeated failure to disclose key medical records. The judge found the claimants "blameless" for their former lawyers' failings.
