Russian man fined 30,000 rubles for criticising Putin on Telegram
A court in Belgorod fined a local resident 30,000 rubles (around 1,300 PLN) for posting comments critical of Vladimir Putin and Russian soldiers on Telegram. The man claimed he had been drinking at the time of the posts. The case was reported by the outlet "Pepel."
