Ceuta: 5 alleged migrant traffickers arrested after July's deadly border surge

Spanish police arrested five people in Ceuta suspected of trafficking migrants across the border. The arrests come weeks after a deadly late-July border surge in which tens of thousands of migrants entered the Spanish North African exclave.
