Gdynia man charged with brutal killing of dog he had previously threatened to harm

A 32-year-old man from Gdynia was detained and charged with killing a dog with particular cruelty. Police say he had previously threatened his partner that he would kill the animal before carrying out the threat. It also emerged that the man was wanted to serve a prison sentence.
