Nawrocki refers anti-pseudomedicine law to constitutional court — chief pharmaceutical inspector warns patients left at risk
President Karol Nawrocki has referred a bill aimed at curbing dangerous pseudomedical practices to the Constitutional Tribunal. Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector Łukasz Pietrzak warned that without the law, authorities can only act after a patient has already been harmed, as there are no tools for preventive action. Pietrzak described the president's move as "condemning patients to danger."
