Polish government gives Meta 7 days to respond on fake ads

Poland's digitisation minister Krzysztof Gawkowski sent a letter to Meta demanding a response on fake advertising within 7 days. Deputy minister Dariusz Standerski warned that if Meta fails to act, the matter will be referred to the European Commission. InPost CEO Rafał Brzoska also called for platforms to be penalised for broadcasting fraudulent ads.
