Poland's National Council of the Judiciary to review judges in Kamilek from Częstochowa case

Poland's National Council of the Judiciary (KRS) is to examine a request from the Children's Rights Ombudsman for a renewed review of the courts that handled the case of Kamilek from Częstochowa — an 8-year-old who died as a result of systemic failures. Despite numerous documented negligences, no institution or individual has faced any consequences so far.
