Deputy minister praised report he now disowns — says he never read it

Deputy Sports Minister Piotr Borys dismissed controversy over the "Portrait of Poles" report as "political chutzpah by PiS," claiming no public money was spent on it and that he had never read it. However, the previous year Borys publicly praised the event at which the report was presented, undermining his current distancing.
