16th GetBack indictment filed — losses exceed 1.3 billion zloty

The Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw has filed the 16th indictment in the GetBack fraud case. The charges target Paweł G. and Wojciech Ł., who represented the company's majority shareholder. Investigators allege the pair caused losses exceeding 1.3 billion zloty.
