Ukraine strikes Perm refinery for second time; at least 2 killed in Russian attacks on Ukraine

Ukraine struck a refinery in Perm — more than 1,500 km from the Ukrainian border — for the second time in a drone attack. Russia simultaneously attacked Ukraine, killing at least two people. President Zelensky confirmed successful long-range strikes on refinery and military infrastructure deep inside Russia, including in the Volgograd region.
