Prosecutors submit position on safe-conduct letter for fugitive Romanowski

The Warsaw Regional Court has received prosecutors' position on a potential safe-conduct letter for Marcin Romanowski, who is subject to a European Arrest Warrant. His defence lawyers are also seeking the EAW's annulment. Judge Anna Ptaszek confirmed no application to question the prime minister has been filed.
