GetBack scandal: new indictment filed, two face up to 25 years in prison

The Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw has filed the 16th indictment in the GetBack S.A. case, relating to damages exceeding 1.3 billion zloty. Two of the accused face up to 25 years in prison. The GetBack scandal is one of the largest financial fraud cases in Polish history.
