Latvia discovers 10-metre tunnel used to smuggle migrants from Belarus

Latvian border guards discovered a secret 10-metre underground tunnel running beneath the border with Belarus, used for illegal crossings. Twenty-eight people who crossed through it were turned back. Authorities say this is not the first such tunnel to be found on this stretch of the border.
