Gen. Polko: Poland's air defence has been in deep neglect for decades

Former GROM commander General Roman Polko said on the "Newsroom WP" programme that Poland's air defence had been in "deep neglect" for decades. He stressed that honestly acknowledging the problem is the precondition for effective remedial programmes. Polko noted that Poland is now catching up on years of accumulated shortfalls.
