Georgian man forces government car to stop near Rondo de Gaulle in Warsaw — arrested

On Thursday evening near Rondo de Gaulle in Warsaw, a 41-year-old Georgian national allegedly forced a government vehicle to stop and walked across its bonnet. The car was carrying a deputy state secretary from the Ministry of Finance. The man has been detained by police.
