DEA launches investigation into death of actress Hayden Panettiere

Actress Hayden Panettiere was found dead in her apartment, one day before her 37th birthday. The official cause of death has not been disclosed, but Narcan — a drug used to reverse opioid overdoses — was found at the scene. The DEA is investigating alongside the Greenville police and the Greenville County coroner's office. Panettiere had written about her struggles with addiction in her autobiography "This Is Me: A Reckoning," published this year.
