From Sunday, same-sex foreign marriage transcriptions available at every Polish registry office

From Sunday, every civil registry office in Poland will be required to transcribe foreign marriage certificates for same-sex couples. The change follows new document templates and an update to the civil registration system, introduced in response to rulings by the CJEU and Poland's Supreme Administrative Court. Some local officials and politicians have voiced opposition to the new rules.
