UN Security Council holds second informal vote for next UN Secretary-General

The UN Security Council is holding a second informal vote to select the organisation's next Secretary-General. Costa Rica's Rebeca Grynspan was the front-runner following last month's first informal vote. All 15 council members, including the five permanent members with veto power, cast secret ballots on the candidates.
