S&P: Poland's tax overhaul will be broadly neutral for the deficit

Rating agency S&P Global Ratings told "Rzeczpospolita" that the tax reforms announced by Prime Minister Donald Tusk's government will be "broadly" neutral in their impact on the budget deficit and debt growth.
