Government plans to cut flat-rate tax threshold, expert warns of heavy impact on businesses
The Polish government published draft assumptions for a new tax law on Thursday, including a proposed reduction in the threshold for flat-rate taxation. Tax advisor Monika Spotowska of RODL called the change "one of the most impactful for entrepreneurs, far more significant than the adjustment of the tax scale itself." She warned that a lower threshold would push some businesses to look for workarounds.
