Former Ukrainian defence minister calls for elections during wartime

Mykhailo Fedorov, Ukraine's former defence minister, publicly called for a way to hold elections even during the ongoing war. He also criticised the country's current power structure. On the same day, the Ukrainian parliament was scheduled to vote on appointing Yevheniy Khmara as the new defence minister.
