Poland hit by severe storm alerts — hail and gusts up to 80 km/h forecast

Poland's Institute of Meteorology and Water Management (IMGW) has issued first- and second-degree warnings for thunderstorms and heavy rain across four regions in the north and south-west of the country. Rainfall of up to 70 mm and wind gusts reaching 80 km/h are forecast. Hail is also expected in some areas.
