Nawrocki sends "lex charlatan" law to Constitutional Tribunal; Tusk hits back

President Karol Nawrocki announced on Thursday that he would refer the "lex charlatan" bill to the Constitutional Tribunal. Prime Minister Donald Tusk responded on X, writing: "Instead of siding with the sick, he sided with charlatans." The law was aimed at restricting non-medical healing practices.
