Prof. Łętowska: Tusk's endorsement of Berek was a "kiss of death"

Retired Constitutional Tribunal judge Prof. Ewa Łętowska said on TVN24 that Prime Minister Tusk's endorsement of Maciej Berek for a Tribunal seat was a "kiss of death." In her view, Berek is now in a lose-lose situation and "stands in a losing position." Łętowska expressed regret that such a distinguished lawyer had been placed in such a difficult position.
