Catholic Schools NSW boss sacked after corruption inquiry testimony
Dallas McInerney, chief executive of Catholic Schools New South Wales, has been sacked after testifying before the state's anti-corruption watchdog ICAC. The inquiry is examining allegations that McInerney arranged and approved illegal political donations from Catholic Schools NSW funds to lobbying firms controlled by a conservative Liberal Party faction known as the Reformers. The donations were allegedly disguised as consultancy payments.
