Polish retail property transactions top €1bn in first half of the year

The value of retail property transactions in Poland exceeded €1 billion in the first half of the year, surpassing the total for all of the previous year, according to advisory firm JLL. Investors are looking beyond retail parks to other commercial formats. The figures signal a clear revival in the Polish retail property market.
