Orlen, CD Projekt and Żabka pay their executives the most among Warsaw-listed firms
The management boards of Orlen, CD Projekt, Santander, Żabka, Asseco, PKO BP and Inter Cars collected the highest executive pay among Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed companies in 2025. Executive pay across all listed firms rose by 4 percent — more than half the rate of wage growth recorded across the broader Polish economy. The figures highlight a stark gap between board pay growth and that of ordinary workers.
