Suwałki: driving-school student who failed her test got behind the wheel anyway

In Suwałki, a driving-school student who had just failed her licence exam got into a car parked outside the local driving test centre and attempted to drive off. She was stopped on the spot by officers. She now faces a driving ban before ever obtaining a licence.
