Danone's €1bn takeover of Huel approved by competition watchdog

French food giant Danone's €1 billion acquisition of British nutrition brand Huel has been cleared by the competition watchdog. Danone says the deal will strengthen its position in the nutritional food sector. Huel is known for its powdered meal replacements and protein bars.
