Nevada approves up to 8,000 robotaxis from Tesla, Uber and Waymo

Nevada regulators have granted permits to Tesla, Uber and Waymo to collectively deploy up to 8,000 autonomous robotaxis over the next 12 months. The approvals mark one of the largest robotaxi rollout programmes in the United States to date, significantly accelerating the commercialisation of self-driving vehicles.
