FBI arrests woman over alleged plot to bomb New York state capitol

The FBI arrested a woman from Albany, New York, for allegedly plotting to bomb the state capitol building. Prosecutors say she pledged allegiance to the Islamic State and intended to kill lawmakers inside the statehouse. The alleged plot was uncovered before any attack could be carried out.
