Nawrocki sends "lex charlatan" to Constitutional Tribunal, vetoes public transport bill

President Karol Nawrocki is referring the Patient Rights and Patient Rights Ombudsman Act — dubbed "lex charlatan" — to the Constitutional Tribunal for preventive review. He simultaneously vetoed an amendment to the public collective transport act. Nawrocki also announced he would submit his own legislative initiative on patient rights.
