Poland plans to raise corporate tax for big energy firms from 19% to 30% in 2027
The Polish government has proposed raising the corporate income tax rate to 30% for the largest energy and fuel companies with revenues exceeding €50 million, effective from 2027. The current rate stands at 19%. The Finance Ministry openly states the move is aimed at improving public finances.
