Prof. Dudek: Nominating Berek to Constitutional Tribunal is one of Tusk's biggest mistakes

Historian and political scientist Prof. Antoni Dudek has stated that Prime Minister Donald Tusk made one of the biggest mistakes of his current term by putting forward Maciej Berek as a candidate for the Constitutional Tribunal. In Dudek's view, the nomination destroys the ruling party's credibility on the issue of reforming constitutional justice. He described the move as "outrageous."
