Russia's sabotage network in Europe: fires, explosions and recruited operatives

Since Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, multiple European countries have opened investigations into arson attacks, planned explosions, surveillance of military infrastructure, and recruitment of sabotage operatives. The hybrid attacks target NATO member states. European counter-intelligence services have stepped up operations in response to the escalating threat.
