HRW: Russian Africa Corps paramilitaries kill nine in Mali, including children

Human Rights Watch has accused Africa Corps, a Russian paramilitary group operating in West Africa, of killing nine people in Mali, including children. The killings allegedly occurred in the presence of Malian soldiers. Africa Corps is the successor to the Wagner Group and has been active across the Sahel region.
