Framework BIOS update 3.20 bricks older laptops with AMD Ryzen 7040 chips

Owners of Framework Laptop 13 units with AMD Ryzen 7040-series chips report that BIOS update version 3.20, released in July, is bricking their devices on both Windows and Linux. The update was still available on Framework's website at the time of reporting. Framework has acknowledged the issue and says it is working to address it.
