North Korea fires missiles hours after Trump announces talks with Kim

North Korea launched several short-range missiles shortly after President Trump announced he expects to hold new talks with Kim Jong Un. Both South Korea and Japan confirmed the launches. The provocation came just as Washington was signalling a return to nuclear diplomacy with Pyongyang.
