Colombians, Georgians and Venezuelans in Poland lose access to legal employment
From Saturday, workers from Colombia, Georgia and Venezuela in Poland will face significantly greater legal barriers to taking up employment. The Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy confirmed it has already notified the National Prosecution Service, the Border Guard and the National Labour Inspectorate about the new situation. The change marks a sharp tightening of the legal status of these workers in the Polish labour market.
