"Lex charlatan" sent to Constitutional Tribunal — health minister criticises Nawrocki's move

President Karol Nawrocki has referred the so-called "lex charlatan" law to Poland's Constitutional Tribunal, blocking legislation aimed at curbing pseudo-medical quackery. The health minister criticised the move, saying she "does not accept profiting from human desperation". The law was designed to protect patients from fraudulent health practices.
