Poland plans 30% corporate tax for large energy and fuel companies from 2027

The Polish government has published draft legislation proposing a corporate income tax hike for the largest energy and fuel companies. Firms with revenues exceeding €50 million will face a 30% CIT rate from 2027, up from the current 19%. That represents an increase of more than half the existing rate.
