Ukrainian arrested in Poland for planting car bomb on Russia's orders

Poland's National Prosecution Service has charged 63-year-old Ukrainian national Serhiy P. with planting an improvised explosive device under the car of a representative of Ukraine's defence industry. When the device failed to detonate, he fled to Poland, where he was arrested. Investigators say he was acting on orders from Russia.
